All student-athletes and their parent/guardian are required to complete an on-line athletic registration, which opens on Wednesday, 6/1, prior to the first practice/tryout through our new registration platform, FinalForms, at https://dover-nh.finalforms.com/.  All student-athletes will be charged $80 service fee after teams have been selected and rosters have been established for the season.  Only those student-athletes who qualify for “reduced lunch” will receive a reduced service fee while those student-athletes who qualify for “free lunch” will receive a waiver of the service fee.

All student-athletes must have a physical examination prior to the first practice/tryout. Physicals are valid for a two-year period from date of issuance.  Physicals will be offered at Seacoast Orthopedics located on 7 Marsh Brook Drive, Building A Somersworth, NH 03878. Please call to set up an appointment.
